Is what I see really what I get?
Definitely!! However, there might be a slight colour contrast due to lighting effects or camera restrictions. But be assured that all products are in good quality! =D
Where can i make enquires?
For any enquires, customers will be required to send an e-mail to [email protected] and a reply will be given within 24 hours. For personalized items, buyers can discuss details with me through my MSN at [email protected].
What is/are the delivery process of the items?
Goods will be delivered by post. For students of Temasek Polytechnic, they can arrange to meet up for the collection of the items at the time whereby both of us are available.
If delivered by post, there may be additional charges depending on the weight of the package. Normal and registered mail are applicable.
What payment modes are available?
* Buyers are able to pay through internet banking or also ATM transfers to my designated bank account.
* For meet-ups, it will be cash on delivery unless otherwise stated.
When must payment be made?
Payment must be made within 3 days from the date of purchase. If no payment was to be made within the 3 days, the transaction will be considered invalid.
